AI‐based robotic systems are enhancing the precision and safety of aesthetic surgery, particularly for repetitive or detail‐oriented procedures [30]. Similarly, AI‐guided lasers in skin resurfacing dynamically modulate energy levels in real time based on tissue response, optimizing efficacy while protecting surrounding areas [32]. These systems reduce human error, standardize outcomes, and allow surgeons to focus on advanced decision‐making, marrying robotic precision 水光针英文 with human creativity to redefine procedural excellence (Figure 3) [34]. Computer‐optimized personalized treatment planning is a break from the past one‐size‐fits‐all approach to hyperindividualized treatment.

Among the various indications for HA, non-surgical rhinoplasty—often referred to as nasal bioplasty—has emerged as a popular yet technically challenging application. Excessive automation might lead to formulaic treatment with indifference to psychosocial or cultural concerns. For example, an AI could be set to prefer measurements of facial symmetry to a patient's personal idea of beauty [45].
The NOSER technique provides guidelines on filler volume per area and facilitates consistent nose remodeling. The NOSER technique aims to make rhinomodeling more accessible for experienced injectors, as it provides one of the most significant impacts on facial beautification and effectively contributes to patients' self-esteem. An important and interesting aspect of the technique is the possibility of its application in most types of noses. We do not need to perform all five steps or use the same amount of product volume on every patient. Individual assessment of patient needs is essential for unique results.
Computer algorithms, through analyzing massive pools of information—genetics, lifestyle, and history of treatments—enable clinicians to shift beyond cookie‐cutter protocols to biological‐based treatments [28]. This reduces side effects, amplifies efficacy, and facilitates patient‐centered care. Still, the quality and representativeness of training data remain essential. If datasets are not representative of different ethnicities, ages, and skin colors, the produced AI products will unintentionally reinforce biases and create disparities in care quality [29].
When injected, HA fillers attract and hold water molecules within the tissue, creating volume and providing structural support to the surrounding area. Beyond immediate rejuvenation, these lasers and light therapies serve as vital components of long-term facial maintenance protocols.
This article was conducted with an aim to provide evidence regarding the techniques and complications of hyaluronic acid nasal injections to guide clinicians in evidence-based practice. Rhinoplasty is a prominent procedure in facial aesthetics, but extended surgical downtime remains its significant limitation. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty has gained popularity as an alternative, offering significant aesthetic improvements with minimal downtime.
This study demonstrates that the combined modality of botulinum toxin, HA filler, and barbed threads is safe and provides superior short‐term and long‐term outcomes for nonsurgical rhinoplasty. The addition of HA filler and botulinum toxin at the nasion and nasal tip 2 weeks after thread insertion produced more rewarding results, enhancing both immediate and sustained aesthetic improvements. Although thread treatments initially had more pronounced adverse effects, these were temporary and resolved within a week. Despite the study's limitations, including small sample size in thread‐treated groups and the lack of objective assessment tools like 3D imaging, the findings support the effectiveness and safety of this combination approach. Future research should aim to incorporate advanced imaging techniques for more precise evaluations. Overall, the combined use of barbed threads, HA fillers, and botulinum toxin offers a promising and effective alternative to surgical rhinoplasty.
Nevertheless, safety observations are limited by sample size and follow-up length, and longer-term monitoring remains necessary. During nonsurgical rhinoplasty, your healthcare provider may apply a topical anesthetic to numb your skin. Our experience with Hyaluronic Acid based fillers was satisfying in terms of surgeon as well with the treated patients. The patient aesthetic satisfaction grade was high indicating no major perceivable pain with formulation and significant correction in terms of aesthetics making patients more comfortable to face the external environment. Most practitioners agree that biodegradable fillers should be used in preference to permanent fillers for safety reasons, although some authors still favour permanent fillers. While generally considered a safer alternative to a nose job, non-surgical rhinoplasty does have risks. The dermal filler used in this type of cosmetic procedure can cause some irritation. Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing health care at breakneck pace with capabilities never previously seen in diagnosis, treatment suited to the unique individual, and back‐end productivity [1].
The increase of the dorsum is indicated in patients who have a concave dorsum with a hump, producing an unrectified dorsum. Increasing the nasal tip is indicated in cases requiring the correction of bifid tips or for local projection. One patient reported a pustule with discrete pain that did not involve the entry point area. A fistula was diagnosed and treated with the extrusion of a small amount of the product that had remained in that area, which had made it difficult to close the entry point. To reach the radix and rhinion, we insert the cannula through the same entry point in the nasal tip toward the radix and deposit a small bolus in this location (Figure 10).
Pricing reflects Sydney’s higher operating costs and averages $1,100–$1,800 for doctor-led treatment. The recognition of ischemia, the most dangerous complication, is critical. Signs of pallor, livedo, and/or local pain during or immediately after the procedure should be treated immediately with the application of hyaluronidase.
