Tida being the owner of a business had poor customer service skills as she did, not even try to address my concerns or rectify the problem. I've had my hair braided before and I understand that a reasonable amount of tenderness is to be expected, but this was unbearable and I could not make sense of dealing with the pain and possible damage to my hair and scalp. The owner- Alima and the braider- Maria didn't seem to care much. I did notice about 3 of their customers appeared to already have traction alopecia....this explains why.
Cons- general customer service skills need work. They don't seem to have a concern for the health of your hair or scalp. I repeatedly told my braider that she was applying the hair too tight, she was braiding too tight, and she was applying too much pressure onto my head as she was braiding. It got to the point that I had to hold each individual braid as she was braiding them in order to relieve some of the tension as she was pulling and braiding to an already too tightly applied extension.

Victoria arrived in Atlanta less than a year ago. But she has been cutting hair professionally for 7 years in Texas before Atlanta ! As a barber she specializes in mens and children.
Be prepared to wait a while before you are seated. But once they get started, they do a good job. Pros- able to get an appointment for the next day. Reasonable time spent in the salon for the service.
