We only take on a limited amount of bookings to ensure the balloon stylist can personally create and customise each event, for this reason we have limited availability for each day. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking ideally 2 – 3 months ahead of your event, some customers book 5 – 6 months prior. At the very minimum we require 2 weeks notice, assuming we are not fully booked. Many people are under the impression that balloons are fragile and easily pop.

Inflated balloons are not available for Shipping - please see our packaged DIY Kit option. After adding products to your cart, at checkout select your preference from Local Delivery , Pick Up from our Studio or Shipping (postage - only available for deflated products). Air-filled balloons can last up to a week in a protective bag if delivery is not available on your event day. Helium Balloons are recommended to be delivered the day of your event . $50 bond is charged when selecting pick up service from a venue or if you are returning prop to our studio after event. If you require us to pick up your prop after use, a pick up fee will be charged based on location and time.

We're happy to inflate balloons not purchased from Spotlight, but we can't guarantee their quality. An additional service fee applies to externally supplied balloon which includes labour & ribbon.
