Access Mental Health is the central point of entry for mental health services in the ACT. The Access Mental Health Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will provide immediate help via phone if you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health crisis. The team will provide you with information, give you recommendations, and if necessary refer you to other services for further mental health support.
