The SL model has a different type of glass that reduces noise from the outside of the vehicle. If I had known that, I would have invested my $30,000.00 in an SL Trim Altima. Nissan should put the noise cancelling glass in all of its Altima models and consider active noise cancellation technology for its higher end Altima models. At this point, I am considering ZIEBART undercoating as a countermeasure against the road noise as it really detracts from the overall driving experience.

They had NEVER changed out that tire even after 6 WEEKS and we signed a contract saying that work had been done. It's been this way since the beginning with this dealership. Zero to 45 MPH is very slow unless the accelerator pedal is pushed to the floor. The tires are extremely noisy and humming and hissing sounds come through the floor and into the car. The noise creates a "cheap car" riding experience and reminds me of a $8,500 Ford Escort that I once owned.
