I began my early childhood career in 1990 while completing my Diploma in Child Care and have worked in senior educator and leadership roles for over 20 years, becoming a Centre Manager in 2000. I have been working in early childhood education since 2021 and joined Greenwood Officer the same year. My journey into early learning began as a parent at the centre, where I immediately felt how warm and welcoming it was.
